Therapy Referrals
Currently, providers can refer patients for radiopharmaceutical therapy for metastatic prostate cancer and neuroendocrine tumors. Post-therapy SPECT/CT imaging is completed for some patients based on their personalized care plan. We use the world’s most advanced digital SPECT/CT, GE StarGuide™.

Imaging Orders
Referring your patients for PET/CT, CT, PET/MR, and MR scans at our Molecular Imaging Clinic is easy. Simply download your desired order form below, and fax it to our office. Scheduling is fast, often the next day, and images are pushed directly to your PACS, or a direct link is emailed to your office. You can expect the report in less than five days.

Molecular Imaging Clinic
Our Molecular Imaging Clinic is equipped with two of the world’s most advanced scanners including the United States’ first clinical total-body PET/CT and Michigan’s first and only whole-body PET/MR.
The uEXPLORER® PET/CT has 2x the resolution of traditional scanners and is 40x more sensitive.
Our uPMR 790 3T PET/MR can acquire hybrid images while significantly reducing radiation exposure. It can also perform a whole-body MR scan in just one hour.
At BAMF Health, we are your source for amyloid imaging for Alzheimer’s Disease. We perform patients’ baseline MR and amyloid PET scans, and we are the only site in Michigan where patients can receive both scans on the same day.

In our Molecular Therapy Clinic, we’re delivering the most cutting-edge therapies with skill, precision, and care. Our commitment to outstanding care is evident in our focused consultations, efficient scheduling, and consistent communication.
Right now, we offer FDA-approved therapies for treatment of metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (post hormone therapy and taxane-based chemotherapy) and gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NET).
